As Director of Administration at Griffin Media, Sydney provides operational leadership across Griffin Media and GCOMM Holdings. With more than 17 years of experience in executive operations and administrative leadership, she serves as a trusted partner to CEO David Griffin, overseeing board administration, organizational communications, facilities operations and vendor management, and strategic initiatives that support the organization's continued success.
Since joining Griffin Media in 2017, Sydney has advanced from Executive Assistant to Director of Communications before assuming her current role as Director of Administration. Prior to Griffin Media, she held executive support roles with Chesapeake Energy and Seventy Seven Energy, where she served as Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Outside of work, Sydney enjoys spending time with her husband, Carson, and their two daughters, Nora and Mae. She enjoys volunteering at her children's schools, traveling, and discovering great sushi.
