General Counsel

Kristin Greenhaw is a highly accomplished legal professional with extensive experience across diverse areas of law.

Previously, Kristin served as in-house counsel at Inspire Brands and Sonic Drive-In, where she specialized in advising on marketing, technology, intellectual property, privacy, and cybersecurity for globally recognized brands such as Sonic Drive-In, Arby's, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Jimmy John's. She also worked in-house for AT&T, managing litigation across multiple jurisdictions, and began her career in private practice at Crowe & Dunlevy in Oklahoma City. Most recently, Kristin served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Magistrate Judge Amanda Maxfield Green in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law with the highest honors, Kristin brings an analytical and meticulous approach to all her endeavors. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Westminster School and as Secretary of the OKC Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumnae Association.

Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her son Charlie and dogs Willie and Kevin, hiking in Colorado, and watching Thunder basketball.
