As the Director of Administration at Griffin Media, Sydney plays an instrumental role in overseeing administrative operations within the company. With a career spanning over 15 years in administrative leadership and executive support, Sydney’s strategic thinking and ability to oversee complex tasks, manage interdepartmental teams and coordinate large-scale events and functions has been vital to the organization's success.

Since joining Griffin Media in 2017, Sydney was promoted from executive assistant to director of communications and now leads a critical role as director of administration. Sydney demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, a commitment to excellence and has an innate ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure. Before joining Griffin Media, she worked in the oil and gas industry, serving Chesapeake Energy and Seventy Seven Energy as executive assistant and executive Assistant to the CEO, respectively.

Beyond her professional achievements, Sydney enjoys spending time with her husband, Carson, and two daughters, Nora and Mae. She also enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, traveling and eating good sushi.
